I think porn is partly one cause of these changes. But, yes, it did its good part. I do not know if you have to praise porn but for sure it is not to blame.
Porn is the nasty and funny side of sex. For me it is natural even if it plays with taboos. But porn has also won against some taboos and showed that sex can be a incredible experience. As already said above I think it is a completely natural developpement that escorts provide the services their clients have seen in porn films. And I agree with alexxx that certainly not porn is to blame for that, but rather to be praised to have widened the possibilities of accepted sex acts.

Finally, if I have to make a choice I would prefer the second solution. The problem is to provide to an actress a wider range of activities: from sponsoring to parties, from movies to tv appearances.
