The term "pimp" and it's image is just bad bc of feminist media. They basically just manage these girls, bring order into their chaotic emotional nature to optimize returns. Clients get service, managers get comissions and girls earn easy money, they otherwise wouldn't earn as they are retarded, unreliable and chaotic. Win win for everyone.

Agencies are also kind of managers, by booking through agencies the girls show up to 99%, with direct bookings it's 50% at best.
