i had a belgian girlfriend once (or twice) and also friends (males) from BE and indeed they were extremely polite and friendly.
but also, the NL chicks (and the dudes too), IMHO they were totally w/o any 'tude Maybe your mileage varies? I remember those girls being very hot, young and very very very much without attitude. Have you dealt with French girls from Paris? Or US from hmmmm LA?
