Brandon has his own company (Brandon Iron Productions) and his movies are distributed through JM Productions. Perverted Planet, She Is Half My Age, and Pop Tarts are some of his current lines. If you check out the Angelina Crow thread (before it got out of hand) you'll see a picture of her and Steve Holmes from what I think was the set of a Brandon Iron production (She Is Half My Age 4, or possibly 5).

She is Half My Age 5 has still an all american cast, but it seems Brandon shot She Is Half My Age 6 and 7 in Budapest and Prague. Angelina Crow (Budapest) and Jenna Lovely (Prague) are amongst the girls he shot.
I will sure order these films as soon as they are on sale in order to support his Euro trip and the girls.
And I hope he returns to Europe soon for some more shootings, soon!

Why did Lex Drill pull out of Budapest? Why all the others?
Too high prices? Or just and only those new US regulations?

Lex Drill did amazing anal based titles , and there was a good amount of airtights included .

Ok I will explain what happened. Myself and Lex Drill (Gerome Tanner) were working with Legend at the same time. Gerome Tanner was a close family member of one of the Legend owners.

Legend originaly hired me because of my many European connections. They liked the work that I previously did for Puritan and my own company Tommy Kaye Productions. Lex Drill (Gerome Tanner) found out and wanted to shoot in Budapest also. He saw the beautiful girls I was working with and wanted in on my action. So Legend and Gerome Tanner started checking around to see who I was working with in Budapest, talent agents, locations etc. Well... One day I was shooting a Puritan movie at a location in Budapest, and in walks Lex Drill, his cameraman and my agent and partner in Budapest. That is how I found out that Legend gave him my job. They never bothered to tell me. They had the fucking nerve to contact and work with one of my own agents and partners. This agent worships money and would sell his own mother for the right price.

Legend is a very cheap company and thought they could save some money by letting Lex Drill work in Budapest and get rid of me. They were wrong... Everyone charged him much more than it cost me!

This is how and why Lex Drill was shooting in Budapest for a short time. Lex had some kind of a problem with legend and they fired him. I don't know where he is these days. I think the Lex Drill series is dead and gone.

I know Lex used good girls (thanks to me) ha, ha. I watched his movies and thought the camera work and production values were very poor! His cameraman was not very good. Some of the scenes were so shaky and flying all over the place, it looked like a monkey filmed it....

I forgot... yes the prices were getting to high in Budapestfor some. The same as in california. So many people stopped shooting. Also many american porn fans don't like Euro babes. They say that that are like robots and are not good performers, don't speak english, yada,yada,yada... I say that is a bunch of nonsense. The Euro girls are the best in the world! No question about it!

I quite liked it but lighting and camera was bad very often, girls and action, however,... Needless to write more about.


Somehow I even like that aspect of charging Lex, the outsider just flown in from LA and not familiar with the local situation more. It`s the same old story. And not only valid for porn. If the girls got better payed working for him, too, its not bad, though.
On the other hand I think it`s exactly those flown in US directors that over-heated the Budapest market and finally led to those crazy price hikes.
This on one hand certainly helped St. Peterburg establishing itself as the third Europorn capital. No wonder if they could offer the same acts for 3-5 times less money!
I just wonder how much it`s back to normal in Budapest after most US based directors pulled out? And wheter those directors starting to fly in again form the Porn Valley - like Brandon Iron and Jules Bart - are getting better deals nowadys? Or does it just start to repeat itself again?
