a) It does not show the accumulated votes from the members, because the poll is reset to zero regularily...
b) It is built in a way that makes it possible for anyone with a vpn (or who knows how to change his IP in other ways) to vote unlimited number of times for any model...

And this for Gregorious, the anthology scenes we had with the goddesses had the worst camera work ever, and the color grading was abysmal back then, and still it has been unsurpassed up until today.

I definitely agree that the technical picture quality of some of the original scenes where terrible, but that many of those scenes are unique classics anyway because of the overall performances, the girls, the on set vibe, the big loads etc. But also because of the great camerawork! The way I see it the technical picture quality and the actual camera work is two different things.

I'm surprised you say you don't like the camera work, because I think it was really great in most of those scenes. I'm talking about the close upper camera operated by Mario. I'm really interested to hear what you don't like about it?

I do think that some of the original scenes also have a great picture quality though, I always liked the cold and clear "documentary" color grading of the best looking original scenes, much better than the present artificial "technicolor" quality.

I never said I don’t like it. It’s just secondary to me. On the other hand you exactly described what I click for in the originals. The on set vibe! And that! Has totally disappeared a long time ago.

^Gregorious you are absolutely right. I got carried away. I didn’t mean “camerawork” as it is supposed to mean. I meant all those blurry sequences, those out of field sequences.

There have been several distinct picture quality phases at PB, mostly due to different cameras, but also settings, operators and locations.

First came the original Ukrainians. Small handheld camcorders, visible in BTS as held in the palm of the operators hand. Clear, cheap, realistic video quality. Sleazy and wonderful.

Second came PB-goes-to-Prague. Using Giorgio's setup and white on white colorless box in Prague, with the otherwise lovely Ria Sunn, Kira Thorn etc.

Third came the Pornstars-go-PB era. Back with Torbe's camera in the bigger studio, you can see the shift between Luna Corazon casting (prague) and her bukkake (Madrid).

Fourth: Torbe gets a new camera. Higher quality picture, but still the clarity and realistic video feeling. These are the scenes of Nikki Hill/Cherry kiss that are very popular to this day.

Then came the DSLR disaster. Somehwere around Tiny Tina PB got a new high def DSLR camera and got the faded, white out (and I guess expensive) look that many directors want, but that does not work for premium bukkake. Hotties like Ruby Rico look like they're shooting for Vixen or Babes, dull and washed out.

PB has never recovered. In the new location there have been happy accidents like Pris #1, but they've clearly been struggling. Sometimes it's too red, too faded again, too saturated etc.

Here's a simple solution: Go back to the Canon video cameras of the Nikki Hill-era. Sell the DSLR cameras. Never worry about color and contrast again. Cheaper, easier to manage, better suited for this type of porn. Everybody wins!
