all updates from Paris removed. Read on previous page
It's no surprise to me that someone who wasn't here last night and just tuned in now, wouldn't know what is going on - because all the discussion about what happened has been PRUNED.
All we are left with is a few generic altruisms for public consumption. Sure, in a vacuum, when it comes down to it, who is opposed to doing the right thing when it's the right thing to do!? Who supports bad guys that do bad stuff?! Let's all be on the team of good guys that do good-guy things! When I stroke my cock and dump my load in the 18 year old's mouth, I do it the good guy way! What nonsense.
So condemn the Paris team and their conduct and have nothing more to do with them. Great. But if there's nothing wrong with the content ("no violations in our content") - then why take it down?!?
If there has been wrong-doing, let the law deal with the bad actors and let them face the consequences of their actions. The only ones facing consequences by pruning all this content are paying customers that stream, rather than DL, your videos. Folks that pirate this stuff, will continue watching the pruned videos for free on porn sites. The guys sitting in jail in Paris right now couldn't care less WHAT you do with it.
This is a very slippery slope. As Kefka stated, has anyone even been convicted? The law has taken repeated swings at Torbe (unjustly harassed and persecuted him, if you ask me) - and there are plenty of people who will line up to say he's an unsavory character. Does that mean all of his content gets removed from the site NEXT? If not, then what is the distinction?!? This is a dumb decision.
Step One, you are convicted by the media. Step Two, the police arrest you and throw you in jail. While you're being held, the police begin the process of looking for evidence, while people that used to know you, wash their hands of you. (Any of this starting to sound familiar?) Step Three, you are pronounced guilty until proven innocent - which of course, will never happen! (see Step One and Step Two). What a fundamentally European notion of justice!
