My guess is his site is fucked. The fire might explain why his site went down but not why it's still down; in fact, as of today, timing out and not even reaching the ISP address to give us the "out of order" message. I suspect that data for his site was backed up on the affected server or servers, meaning his content is not only down, but possibly lost and not recoverable. If his data was in the cloud, it wouldn't take this long to bring it up (back online), to a new server. How much of it, who knows.

Yeah, it would be tragic and downright incompetence if Torbe's WebHost didn't have off-site/remote backups. Any credible hosting company would have off-site backups for that very reason; if there was a fire. My guess is PL is hosted with someone Torbe knows personally, that isn't a WebHosting company at all, and doesn't have a lot of resources. At least, Torbe should have had a backup up his site on a laptop/desktop computer and all the vids backed up on an external raid drive.
