that s quite the opposite to me. 50fps render things way to smoothly than reality. To me, the higher the fps is, the less natural the scene will be. This obsession with 4k and high fps should only concern video games. Really don t fit cinema to me

There's one person on here that is obviously obsessed with frame rate and complains about it as though it's shot in 10 fps. When it's shot in the same frame rate as any typical tv show or Hollywood movie. Higher frame rate is great for action or if you were to play the footage at half speed and don't want it choppy. And the reason it would be choppy when you slowed it down is because it wasn't intended to be played at that speed. At regular speed 25fps plays back naturally with motion blur the human eye is used to seeing.
But we're talking about a girl sitting still in the middle of the room. I guess higher frame rate would give you more detail on the jerking hands. And you would be able to play it back at half speed and it would be nice smooth slow motion. And it's not like I'm saying it's wrong to use higher frame rate, but it's far from the huge issue this person makes it out to be. And the colours are all done by choice in editing. They have the option of toning down the saturation, tone or temperature if they want, so it's a fair complaint. And they could soften the light hitting the girl's face.

Still my main complaint is that we don't have anything over 60 loads anymore.
