Well, as I mentioned before, speculation and theories are part of the entertainment. And it works as public relations for the producer of the video or the model. (I am talking about the teasing types, not the crazy ones). It works the same way with mainstream movies and popular computer games - people simply keeps talking about upcoming movies/games whenever small hint appears, even if it isn't officially confirmed.
I do understand that timing is the key aspect here - exclusivity for the producer of the content, and contract (or personal issues) for the model. I remember the moment when Heidi/Vanessa's first BJ was about to be released and video clip was postponed for 6 month for the personal reasons by the model's request.

Since content is already created and it's going to be released in close future (unless something goes horribly wrong) I am surprised there's no 'official' teasing on producer's twitter. Even BTS image with blacked out silhouette marked with "?" would keep the hype up.
