Yes I am shocked too, once again it seems presumption of innocence is reserved only for certain people or something, that because the police say something happened it means it must be true and they can't be wrong.. because they aren't ever wrong.. *cough* Operación Afrodita *cough*. It's genuinely shocking to see such a mindset in an EU country in 2016. I see many comments by so called feminists who consider Torbe absolutely guilty of everything and if he is out on bail it is because the system is corrupt or it's just because he has the money to free himself. Such comments also always refer to Torbe as being "disgusting" because Torbe is "fat" and "ugly" .. gee, I wonder if he looked like George Clooney, they would be saying the same thing.. I thought feminism was supposed to be about equality between both sexes, based on tolerance and mutual respect but I guess for some if you're a man accused of crimes, you're automatically guilty because women are all innocent angels who are incapable of telling any lies...

We have kept this place relatively under the radar but people do share the link and it's a public domain so we're not exactly hidden. As you can see, we were able to quickly dismount the claims about the imprisoned and starved Ukrainians very quickly. It's funny because the way people talk about the situation is as if it's Disneyland, and only the authorities would be able to know the details, and no one else could possibly know anything such as for example... people who actually live in Ukraine!! Social media profiles of 12 of the 13 girls (we've yet to find anything about Lola) all reveal perfectly free healthy and happy women, many of whom were confident enough to share their photos of their time in Madrid and even smiling selfies in the Putalocura offices!

The investigation by the Central Brigade Combat Trafficking in Human Beings is still not finished, as the police have not yet completed all their inquiries into the case. The investigation could be extended to new crimes if police suspicions of other possible criminal offences are confirmed. According to the police report which advances new lines of research, Torbe was preparing to bring women from abroad with full knowledge that they would come illegally to work. In the view of the researchers the actions are preparation or at least conspiracy to the smuggling and trafficking of human beings. One of the indications of this is that one of the investigated known as David Bass made a shipment amounting to €495.10 on April 15th which went to a woman in Haiti. Police already work with several emails intercepted in this matter as well as various effects seized during the operation that led to Torbe's arrest and could expand the imputation to trafficking in human beings (for purposes of sexual exploitation/labour). With some exceptions, the general structure of the organisation was for Torbe to select women with social and economical difficulties with family problems and mental disorders. The idea was to bring "cheap" women from outside. Police recorded a conversation between Torbe and Mila dated February 18th in which the director tells her "You have to go to Cuba or Dominican Republic and as there is poverty, they bring themselves". He continues "The thing is to go through whores and when you see a pretty woman, tell her" Mila asks if you need a visa there, and Torbe says he does not know whether Cuba can be done, but he has a Cuban friend and can ask. "Mila says she is going to ask Paul to see that countries that do not ask them for visa. In Venezuela and Paraguay there are nice women. Mila advises to go to the poor cities, Torbe says it would be interesting to bring girls from there, that would be cheap for him" concludes the transcript between them.

First of all... "extended to new crimes" .. how about proof of the crimes that have already been claimed to have been committed? Where is the evidence that shows that Torbe has engaged in any criminal activities? What smoking gun is there to backup the report that all the Ukrainians were clueless, locked up and sad? Is that an echo in the HQ of the Policia Nacional?!! If Human trafficking is simply bringing women from foreign countries to work in porn, then that's every porn producer in Spain committing a crime... how do they think those Russian and Ukrainian girls in Private media in Barcelona come into the country? Do they get work visas? Of course not! Because girls from non-EU countries cannot work in Spain in any sector unless they have the right kind of paperwork and no one in the Spanish authorities is going to legitimately allow a work visa to make pornography! So obviously all foreign girls come in with tourist visas from both EU and non-EU nations.

So Torbe was going to possibly bring women from South America? Let me guess.. they would be lured to Spain with the promise of being movie stars and having no clue what they would do, then they would be locked up and not allowed to leave and then forced to take part in a bukkake with 100 men, all of whom would not notice this abuse.. Hang on.. I've heard this before, it was bullshit then and it's bullshit now! Just because he was talking about it, doesn't mean it was definitely going to go ahead, it sounds like ideas, looking to other countries to see if girls wanted to work. If the Spanish authorities are going down the road of "porn is exploitation" then they might as well just get it over with and ban pornography in Spain because that argument can be put on any producer, of course in reality no one is being exploited because the girls are adults who are free to choose what they do with their time, they are not made to do anything.

The remaining allegations, the trafficking, tax evasion, and all the lies told by TP3, my lawyers have been responsible for providing all relevant evidence to dismantle those terrible accusations of the way. The end result is what you see, I'm on the street because there is no real and convincing evidence to believe that I am a criminal who deserves to be in jail.

Now I've been reading about the Spanish FIES system that Torbe was imprisoned under, it is as I've previously said used mainly for people who are responsible for engaging in terrorism and belonging to major criminal organisations. It is a very controversial system, criticised many times by various bodies in Spain (and held under scrutiny by the EU on multiple occasions) and it looks as if once you are sent to prison under FIES, you wont come out again until trial for however many years (2-4) it takes. So if Torbe is out now then it just confirms even more that it is all a load of total bollocks that doesn't point to any crimes and that's why the police are now desperately trying to make some kind of new human trafficking scandal aside from the Ukrainians to justify their pathetic "Operación Narsés" investigation. I feel sorry for the ordinary police officers who are just doing their job, it's just a waste of their time...

Thanks for the correction, it seemed to come up as "I choke you" on several translation sites so I thought that's what it meant, still.. nasty girl! She is going off on one today talking about people defending a rapist and it is shameful that people are blaming the victim, I understand her position obviously but yet if she took the time to do some fact checking she would find out the girl has lied many times in her testimonies, and her story does not make any sense.

Not only do the police have all the cameras, computers and disk drives, they've taken control of his email with all his contacts (plus his Facebook and Youtube accounts from a post on Instagram), and he is without all of his former employees. He has to literally start again from scratch. He was also forced to terminate the lease on the office, hence why we saw the rooms all bare with just the Putalocura logo. I'll let you read everything else in his own words.

I am so sorry this has happened to you Torbe and I hope you will be able to make a comeback and those that have wronged you will get what they deserve for the damage they have done. They are on hold as evidence. Until they are released and case is closed we will not see them. I'm sure *** has them but doubt he will make them public.

Hi all
After 6 months, Im Free!. What a fuckin nightmare! Im still dont know why Police sent me to jail. All the charges were absolute FALSE! Thanks God my lawyers were so professional and they show to the judge the true, that I was innocent!.

One thing veery important: Only ONE girl with 17 years and 10 months sent me a fake ID, and all the press in Spain acussed me for Child pornography, they say were many girls, and it was only ONE. That girl lied to me, and press says that I lied to her. Now I have proofs that shows that girls lied! But press dont say nothing! Is crazy! Everyone wants that I be guilty!

About continue shooting, I will, but all of my cameras have Police, and my hard disk, and all my stuff. I dont have house yet, and not much money, but Im sure I will survive.
