After being caught stealing in his house, TP3 went to a rival producer. She sent masked men to steal his computer thinking her videos would be on there. She then went to the news saying that she was forced to do porn but the journalist did not believe her. Then she reported that she was kidnapped and raped whilst partying with the football players. It was her strategy of blackmail to which the police gave a high degree of credibility. He describes her as having a scorpion's bite, a troubled girl who lies constantly. There was no party where she was forced to have sex with anyone. Torbe knows the players as well as many actors and musicians. He says that the players could have met TP3 in a VIP room there, the messages that she has shown to police could have been manipulated and there were no sexual encounters with the football players. On asked if De Gea could have organised such an event, Torbe says there is no sense in it as he is famous as is his girlfriend and he does not need to pay for girls. He does not know if TP3 had a relationship with them and this is her revenge for it. When it's over, he will sue over the claims asking why the media would believe such madness. De Gea was never paid for anything and the claims are a wedge that TP3 has used to discredit his claims that she stole from him. She was seeking to marry a celebrity, hooking with guys at famous nightclubs. Torbe has not spoken to the players since leaving prison. TP3 claims what happened was in 2012 but she didn't report it till 2015 was because she was in shock, to which Torbe responds that it would be quite a weight to dismiss and not reporting it at the time was odd, it was likely part of her strategy.

Nothing much to add here, she's the biggest liar of this whole thing, always has been and always will be. I heard stories she used to make false claims that boys at school raped her, she has some serious issues...

Again about her sending the form with the photos saying she was 18 years old, she signed a contract after presenting the ID of another girl. At no time did he know she was underage.

Torbe says she was crazy for fame, after recording her first scene they were talking about football and he told her he knew some players such as De Gea so the video was made as a joke and sent to De Gea, Muniain and Jonas Ramalho as a private joke. He then says Ramalho must have leaked the video before it went viral. Afterwards he got a call from TP2 saying that her father had learned about it and that she was going to report him. Months later, Torbe was arrested.

He woke up to find around 40 people in his house saying they were looking for pornography and evidence of human trafficking. He didn't understand anything and thought it was nonsense. He spent four days imprisoned in the dark after being arrested, unable to speak to anyone and no one told him why he was there. He could not communicate with family or a lawyer, he didn't understand anything going on.

She wants to try and whitewash herself because something went wrong, blaming everyone else for her own choices and throwing those who trust her under a bus. Of course to me it's no surprise that she works for the competition now.

Anyway, The Spanish has another article, I would at this point be leading towards not posting their rubbish but the first part has an important fact. It's also got a fucking amazing storyline from one of the girls, as you'll see..! It's a long piece, but it's worth reading on just for that...

The article talks about Torbe defending himself in the tv interviews. The judge overseeing the case finds two conflicting positions: the girls who have suffered threats and coercion by Torbe backed by the police in their reports and the judicial investigation which points to all the allegations being fabrications of the girls.. The case brought to the court no 29 comprises of 4 protected witness (So this must be TP1, 2, 3 and TP10 who is Katy and she denies making such a statement against Torbe), the girls denounce him for forcing them to record scenes and having to pay money to remove videos when demanded (this is covered in the contract and model release as we know). According to the police report another girl came to the police accusing Torbe of forcing her to record with him which she found unpleasant but did it because she needed the money. She said before she started recording, Torbe told her what to do and say making her dress like a little girl and having sex with her without a condom (Torbe had sex without a condom?? What a monster.. ).

She was paid €150 for the video. The girl had gone to the police in June under the initials "CG". She first contacted Putalocura to do webcams, when she first contacted she was underage but she had turned 18 when the secretary called her for work (Great yellow journalism.. she was a minor at first but then she wasn't.. the bias in this is so fucking obvious). Torbe offered to shoot her for a calendar but he could only pay for the trip not the work so she refused. She was then called to the office to do webcam, she was able to stay at Torbe's house so she could work. After coming from a village in Extremadura, she had to pay €250 as well as record a scene with him, she refused to because she only wanted to do webcam and earn some money to make a living. She told Torbe that she didn't want her parents to find out what she was doing, he assured her that the scenes could only be seen in the US, Ukraine, Russia and Germany (really? It's the fucking internet, you can't restrict anything!). She did the scene because she needed the money and didn't know anyone in Madrid who could help her. When finished with the recording, she showered and cried because she was trapped and had no money, Torbe told her to stop crying because she was using up too much water(!).

The next day, Torbe offered her to record bukkake for €200. She refused but wanted to be a fluffer girl for the men in the scene and wear a mask to hide her identity. She then agreed to do bukkake to pay the rent. There were 20 men and another girl who was constantly feeling nauseated throughout. In the third recording, she dressed as a little girl, after meeting she went to the kitchen...

Ok at this point I will just pause because this is brilliant, I actually laughed out loud at this... wait for it...

He THREW A BAG OF COCAINE and said "here take this, we work hard so we need this to make more hours.." Seriously?? El Capo Torbe! Funny how police never found trace of any drugs anywhere BEFORE she came to report her story to them!

Ok so back to the rest.. she said to the police she had never taken drugs but he insisted.. "Everyone takes cocaine and nothing happens.." She took it along with another girl who was there, it was the size of a large marble! After the analysis of all the statements collected, the researchers concluded that the practices used by the organisation was to select the same kind of women with social and economical difficulties with family problems and mental disorders. The police say Torbe took advantage of the circumstances and the innocence and ignorance of victims in contracts and labour issues to repeatedly impose conditions on the promise of large monthly gains.

The activity of Torbe when having girls working as actresses or webcammers is the use of threats, coercion and blackmail according to the police. The analysis of statements taken from the women who have worked for him point to a common "modus operandi" where the women are first captured and then asking them for naked photos (No shit he needs naked photos, they're wanting to work in porn not cleaning windows!!). Once he had the photos, he used it as an instrument of coercion to force them to have sex with him and/or record videos for the website. Police talk of evidence that the more videos recorded, the more pressure increased and the material became more incriminating and could be used to blackmail a victim to not only publish the videos on the web, but send the images to friends and family thus making them do what he wanted.

Wow.. I have no words... but at risk of repeating myself.. what a load of shit!. It seems the police are insisting on everything pointing towards criminal evidence, including all the witness statements but when you're saying that a professional liar like TP3 makes up a total fantasy story about football players and prostitution and she's treated with "high credibility". It looks like given the seriousness of the charges and the evidence the judge had upon Torbe's arrest, he saw fit to put him in unconditional imprisonment but slowly as time has gone by, the cracks have formed and now we're at a point where he is not so convinced of it all and rightfully so.. because this thing has more plot holes than a B-movie! Now it's perfectly clear that all the witnesses are lying or they aren't even denouncing Torbe (Katy). With the knowledge that one of these Spanish witnesses has a father high up in the police, I wouldn't be surprised if they're desperately pushing this to try and land something on him because his poor daughter told him she was abused.. whilst continuing to work in porn with the competition...

Jeez.. Carlota Guindal just can't let this go, another article from her attacking Torbe after his interviews with tv. Torbe should seriously sue this woman and/or The Spanish for libel! she attempts to refute what he has said with her own articles, but as we know they are missing facts about the case that don't fit into her common viewpoint of "big bad Torbe is guilty because of the police report" especially since she still relies on claims in the original report which date back to April.. it's November now!

Ok so let's dismantle what she says shall we...

"I learned that she was underage when I was detained", he said in his interview with Antena 3, regarding the age of the protected witness TP2 which recorded having sex acts with her when she was 17 and so Torbe was reported by their parents. This statement is dismantled with the evidence incorporated in the summary proceedings by the Court of Instruction No. 29 of Madrid.

Specifically, Torbe has a conversation with another person, intercepted by the police on March 16 just days before being arrested in which he tells his plans to paralyze the complaint filed by the parents of TP2 for sharing a video of her topless whilst underage.

He was arrested April 25th, that is not "days" later! At no point in that conversation does Torbe mention the girl's age! Having a conversation with someone is not proof of anything. You can say you'd like to murder someone but it is not proof of murder, as I have said before, this does not show evidence of anything criminal! NOT REFUTED!

Torbe stated after his release from prison that the statements of protected witnesses are false. According to him, one of them did it out of spite having been a couple once and another witness, a minor, did so because their parents knew they wanted to be in porn, after the circulation through social networks of one video of her lifting her shirt and showing her breasts.

However, research is not only about the statements of the four protected witnesses. Police have testimonies of employees of Torbe, wiretaps that reveal criminal evidence and ex-workers' declarations of the director that support how threats were to record their videos.

Right.. because ex-employees can't lie right? Like "Isabel"? Nor can ex-girls who will say anything if they think they can gain some money from it or remove their videos despite authorising ownership to Torbe when they signed the model release. Wiretapping? Again.. more talking, doesn't always prove criminal intent and it depends on the context of the conversations. NOT REFUTED!

Even the investigation has been declared the father of a young disabled with Borderline Personality Disorder, which reported that Torbe had he demanded 8,000 euros to remove a video of his daughter

Again, model release signed by the girl, losses from production of video cost must be repaid. Not his fault she has BPD and is taking drugs plus the father did not want to press any charges anyway.. IRRELEVANT!

Porn director has said after leaving prison that he has never offered drugs to any of the girls he has recorded. The minor said that he had been given a kind of white drink that left her stunned and which the director denies. "I gave her Coca-Cola", he said in one of his interviews.

But not only does the girl claim that the director gave him a drink with suspicious substances. A witness who contacted police after learning that Torbe had been arrested, under the initials AS, says that he "gave her a drink to calm which possibly had some substance which will inhibit their acts."

Also, researchers have NK's testimony, the girl who recorded one of the minor's videos with Torbe. She said to the police that at the meeting she was consuming narcotic substances and said TP2 showed discomfort when recording".

Carlota neglects to mention that said girl's drug test results showed she had been consuming cocaine and cannabis for 6 months before, during and after recording with him. What's more, whatsapp conversations from La Razon show the girl was eager to record her second video the next day with another girl and dildos, despite telling police she had been raped. That a drink that Torbe gave AS "might have contained something" means nothing.. was she drug tested? When did this happen? It is not hard for a girl to say she was drugged, but any testimony needs supporting evidence and no traces of any drugs were found on Torbe's properties. That TP2 was consuming drugs must have been by her own will and why she the toxicology results showed what they did. NOT REFUTED!

A fourth witness, CG, said Torbe prompted her to consume narcotics including cocaine, which he provided, to record some pornographic scenes with him.

LOL! The cocaine baron story again, total absolute horseshit! NOT REFUTED!

"I do not dedicate myself to prostitution" said Torbe in an interview with Antena 3. However, that's not what the police suspect. According to the latest conclusion of the researchers, there is a relationship between porn film director and some other investigated management services escorts, or flats / houses of prostitution " which could have been sexually exploited women ".

Torbe is investigated for various crimes such as sexual exploitation, human trafficking or money laundering. One of the lines of investigation of the police is that the director and producer also forced girls into prostitution in several homes in Madrid. The nerve center of the organization was located in the Madrid street of Irun. There was recording orgies, 'bukakes', videos and housed girls.

Hang on.. suspect or know? If Torbe is charged then surely they know for sure that Torbe is a "pimp".. or not? All of this story about prostitution comes from TP3 who has been shown to be a lying sack of shit. Recording bukkakes in a secret house? They were all recorded in the Putalocura studio in the building shared with other businesses that is now empty! NOT REFUTED!

"The girls were paid 12,000 euros to record bukkakes for three hours. They were sent a video showing what they had to do. They knew perfectly what they were doing" argued Torbe in one of his interviews after his release from prison. However, conversations tapped by the police during the investigation shows otherwise. "The girl does not know what's coming. Tomorrow we talk to the girl because she knows nothing at all" This is an excerpt from a conversation between two workers of Ignacio Allende.

They were subjected to various humiliations. According to eyewitnesses, they did not know why they came to Spain. As shown in the summary, one witness said the Central Brigade Against Trafficking in Human Beings of the Police that some women "came to Spain not knowing what their function would be, being coerced to recording the bukakkes". In addition, in conversations it appears that 12,000 euros was not paid, it was just 3,000 euros.

Torbe has said they knew perfectly what they were there for. However, the researchers point out that "after the ignorance comes the reality of what to do, they collapse into tears at the time of recording" includes a police report contained in the summary. The cameraman that recorded the scene could not bear it. "I do not want to burn crying and crying and crying and crying," he complained to one of the right hand men of Torbe, as is clear from the wiretaps contained in the summary.

Where does the €1200 figure come from? He said €9000! Ok so two guys from Torbe's company talking about some girl who "doesn't know anything" what is the context of this conversation, who are they talking about anyway? Is it possible that the girl knows what is happening but they don't know that yet.. yes! "Forced bukkakes" bullshit from the police report relying on testimonies from credible eyewitnesses like "Isabel" again who will say any old shit to disconnect themselves from the situation. Yet Carlota is seemingly not aware that since that police report (or doesn't care) that photos and videos have emerged of the Ukrainians touring Madrid. Taking selfies in Torbe's studios and the city for days on end whilst in the capital when they were supposed to be "clueless and abused". It has been said on the news in many places that the girls were paid €3000 per video up to a total of €9000 for three videos!

Ultimately the police would have examined the bukkake videos by now and if there was any evidence of girls being abused or forced it would surely have come out by now, only Torbe is out and barely a whisper has been mentioned about the Ukrainians aside from Carlota's propaganda about eyewitness statements of "battered prostitutes". As for the girl (Likely Katy) crying, of the 100 participants contacted and interviewed, none have been called to court to testify so whatever the cameraman was referring to could not have been that bad, otherwise everyone else would have witnessed it and would declare in court! So once again.. NOT REFUTED!

This woman's bias is appalling, what is the point of presumption of innocence?? The man is not convicted of anything yet the way she talks about it, you'd think Torbe was the most dangerous man in Spain!

Carlota's article fails to take this into account and relies on out of date information from the old police report. Once again, this journalist talks of "minors" when there is only one, disgusting!

"From the CIC, however, they suggest that this issue could be raised to the relevant ethics committee to be investigated. Although an interview would not be punishable, yes you could require a correction or television public clarification if it was showed that Torbe is guilty or lied on some of his statements. "It is also true that the corrections or clarifications of this type never have the same role as the object of rectification," said Jimenez. The damage is already done."

And if the media and tv stations have been shown to have lied or he is not guilty? Do they correct themselves and apologise or not? More likely they will sweep it under the carpet and try to forget about it... I hope Torbe will sue all these assholes for defamation and libel, what a bollocks article.

That last article you posted was especially interesting to me. As an American, our First Amendment freedoms of speech and press are so firmly ingrained in me that it is quite a shock to my system to read this kind of commentary.

its sad to see the spain media trying to convict someone based on lies and extremely flawed evidence
