Police continue to insist that there is evidence of criminal activities by Torbe, the article then references the same claims that have been made many times before like the viral video of TP1. It then goes on to mention the alleged conversation between Torbe and his friend Fran about said girl that Ana Rosa's programme had access to with all the details surrounding it (we've discussed it before many times, there's no need to do it anymore) this apparently took place March 16th of this year. The claim that Torbe drugged and abused the girl is repeated (completely avoiding mentioning the girl's toxicology report pointing to her illegal recreational drug use and other lies).

A girl who was with TP1 on the day of the recording testified that both were consuming narcotics and her appearing to be in some kind of discomfort and that prior to her talking to the police, Torbe's lawyers had contacted her. The police brigade in charge of the case reports that there could be other possible victims of Torbe from the documents, computer devices and phones seized in the raids. New evidence also points to videos where people who appear in them may have been abused or tricked into recording the scenes (probably talking about the Ukrainians). Police are also looking into connections with escorting and houses/flats used for prostitution.

This seems like another desperate attempt to air as much horrible stuff into an article in a case that is clearly not as clear cut as some would have you believe. Once again, the author fails to mention any of the major inconsistencies such as the obvious lies told by witnesses and evidence that shows the alleged captive and clueless Ukrainians to be touring the various hot spots of the Spanish capital. Indeed much of the content in said article has been repeated to death over and over. The only new thing is the brief details of the testimony of the girl present with TP1 of which little is told and Torbe's lawyers speaking to her before police is implied in the article to be some kind of irregular activity... and the pimping claims come from a fucking moron who is so obviously full of shit, she should have been kicked out of the case months ago.

Now whatever is happening, it's clear there's enough doubt at all this for the judge to consider Torbe's possible bail going by the new report by La Sexta (of which no more information is available) and going on what I posted above this, it's no wonder this case has dragged on for so long...

I was away for some times and here we finally got a good news. Hope some major lawsuits will be coming shortly. I was always wondering who is the bigger sluts. Prostitutes or Journalist prostitutes. IMHO JPs are in a different league. At least real prostitutes are not hiding their status.

Bail was approved on 26th October, against the wishes of the prosecution (the judge finally grew some balls!). Granted due to "complexity of proceedings and necessary extension of time without being able to reach its completion." He has to appear in court every Monday and cannot contact or come within 500 metres from any of the witnesses. The rest is another repeat of the same bullshit about TP3 and crying Ukrainians.

Twitter has blown up, lots of butthurt from feminazi groups and the usual crowd... one comment tickled me "How do you defend this guy, he has been convicted of being a paedophile and trafficking minors" Uhhh.. no he hasn't!

Apparently the bail money was raised by selling a house belonging to his parents! So when this all turns out to be a load of rubbish, will they get that money back again?

Krull, I read the article in the link you posted, and obviously I may have misunderstood it due to my limited abilities in the Spanish language...but it doesn't sound to me like his parents had to sell their home to post bail on Torbe's behalf. It is not uncommon for people to allow their property to be used for security in bail proceedings here, and I am guessing it must be similar in Spain. In such a case, his parents' home would be at a financial loss up to the amount of the bond only if Torbe violated the terms of his release from jail under the bail provisions.

Yes my mistake you're right, I didn't read it perfectly... sounds very much like US property bond:

The accused or a person acting on his behalf pledges real property having a value at least equal to the amount of the bail. If the principal fails to appear for trial the state can levy or institute foreclosure proceedings against the property to recover the bail. Used in rare cases and in certain jurisdictions. Often, the equity of the property must be twice the amount of the bail set.

Videos are evidence and until clear distribution of evidence is against the law. Spain in a part of EU so is Czech republic where pb is registered. In short terms we out of luck. Maybe next year.
