Back on topic. Did you know that In Spain they can keep you in jail for maximum of 4 years without trial. 2 years just like that and 2 years extra is judge say so. What kinda barbaric laws are those? Stop stabbing cows and change this mid evil law. How about presumption of innocence? A corner stone of modern civilization. If you arrested a person you must have enough evidence to start a trial. In my world you would delay a trial for a maximum 1 month. You can get a second month but person must be bailed out. After 2 months the trial must start. I wonder if someone sat in prison for 4 years in Spain and found not guilty. Do Government compensate him? How about a average annually income? Ah? Plus moral compensation!? Ah? Looks like they are trying to keep Toble in Prison as long as possible.

Yes.. my first post here mentioned about the 2 year detention thing. It's absolutely ridiculous that a country like Spain, supposed a democracy and an EU country has this system in place, it completely mocks the universal principle of presumption of innocence. Here, if someone is arrested and charged they will only fail to get bail if they have been found to have committed: terrorism, armed robbery, murder, sex offences (with clear evidence of significant child pornography or graphic conversations propositioning an underage girl) and other crimes where it is reasonably clear that the person is a risk to the public. A 3 second video of a 17 year old lifting her shirt up would get a charge but it wouldn't stop the defendant getting bail even with rape allegations, because they have to be proven in a court of law.

It's all the more ridiculous when you consider that this case is open and the police are still investigating, we've already had several revelations in the press that cast doubt on all aspects of the case aside from the alleged treasury crimes. What else is going to happen that shows that there's a whole hunk of bullcrap going on? What if the police uncover new information which supersedes previous evidence? Does that make it into the press or will it be swept under the carpet and left for the judge to pick up the pieces? I think a lot of this is down to two things: 1, Torbe is a pornography producer and will always be those that would be happy to see him go down just because of that, because it's all exploitation and coercion making women work in such an industry (yeah.. try telling that to the likes of Mira Cuckold, Julie Skyhigh or Tina Kay..). 2, The police are giving this as much publicity as they can to show to the country that they're sorting out the worst of the worst that exist, no one likes a paedophile and there is a long ongoing controversy surrounding human trafficking in Spain so the police get to be all "Hey guys.. look we're doing something about this!" Meanwhile the actual traffickers and pimps are laughing their asses off and people will still suffer.

The prosecution has demanded that José be sent to prison four times, but the judge has blocked it at every turn, so he has been a free man for this duration.

I'm no expert in Spanish law but can anyone say "double standards" ? I guess José isn't implicated with a couple of very famous footballers, so no one cares...

Conversations about TP1 between Torbe and his employees have emerged on Ana Rosa and La Razon:

At first Torbe shares the photos of TP1 (they say TP2 which is wrong) with his friend Fran (who was the one arrested in Seville recently), then he sends the viral video and asks them not to share it anywhere and that if he wants to publish it, it has to be somewhere where it isn't shown in Spain according to her wishes. The next part is after someone leaks the video and the girl has found out and wants the videos removed. He gives her money to keep her from reporting it and becomes worried that her boyfriend will find out. Later that day he talks to his secretary after he becomes concerned she is underage, the secretary informs him that there is no contract because she was away and Torbe panics. The next day he speaks with Mario (the cameraman) and they discuss the possibility of her being underage but the DNI shows her to be 18, so they must keep the conversation for proof just in case. Then Torbe talks to Fran again saying the girl has told him she is going to the police with her parents, a friend in the police has told him that she has denounced him but she is not a minor (probably from the ID). Then he contacts the girl to plead with her to stop any police action and he can make her a star in Spain and the rest of the world. Torbe writes to Fran, he tells them that he shared the video with him and four footballers: Iñaki Williams, Jonas Ramallo, Ander Herrera (three of Athletic Bilbao) and De Gea. He suspects Herrera may have leaked the video.

This seems to be really bad luck on Torbe's part, he probably should not have had any contact with her after he had suspected she was under age, but it seems that he panicked and after his cop friend said she was not a minor he thought it would be ok to contact her. What is clear: when he recorded her videos, he did not know she was under 18! It appears she was also in fact just 2 months away from being 18 years old anyway! Now technically she was still a minor when the videos were recorded, but come off it... a paedophile for filming a girl very nearly 18? That's just asinine! Importantly she declared to the police as we know in June that the DNI was in fact faked, so she lied and gave Torbe and his company false documentation.

Also on Ana Rosa, footage of the Putalocura offices including the "infamous" room where the bukkakes were recorded with Ukrainians (at least here they say "allegedly duped"):

It's about what she told to the journalists of spanish mag Interview..."if football players want girls ,Torbe introduced them...". It apears now on Interview 's cover. Torbe 's lawer told her to be very carefull what she talks.... but Maria think she didn't do anything bad when told it... because she meant like "introduced somebody" ...Any way,she thought Interview would not put it like a heardline....

Olga already said it all. "Football players wanted girls - Torbe gave them to them" there is nothing more then that. I wonder how you can ask the same question and get the same answer for 10 bloody minutes. Magic of journalism.

On that subject... I found this blog completely by accident when looking at Torbe related stuff online. It's by someone who is a big fan of Torbe , he even seems to be on snapchat with him and saw some of the footage from the Ukrainian bukkakes (wasn't his cup of tea apparently, he's more about the man-crush on Torbe as a person );

I have studied all of the stories people sent me links to…seriously and religiously. No pun intended. And I have done a bit of online research on my own as well in order to be able to assess the situation. Oh, I have a lot of ideas on what has been happening to Torbe in the Spanish legal system. A lot. But I won’t post them publicly. I would never want to do anything that might hurt Torbe’s chances of being released, and my analysis (in my opinion) would be pretty on point.

Let’s just say that — as a career prosecutor here in the States — I am shocked by what passes for “investigative measures” and “evidence gathering” in this particular case. And I will leave it at that for now.

I bet his opinion isn't far off what most of us are already thinking from the information we know about this "case", if you can even call it that anymore, more like "fucking train wreck".
