Yeah, I remember a newspaper article, maybe 10 years ago, where the Czech gvt wanted to control the use of drugs in the country, because it was becoming a massive public health issue. Especially with foreign tourists visiting CZ to consume cheap drugs and drinks like some many young people from UK.

well they did control drugs. they established what is a "small quantity" for each drug, so if you have less than that quantity you don't go to jail.
i'm not sure if it's a good idea for hard drugs like crystal meth, because it's really a shit, inexpensive drug that causes a lot of health problems. I think they should lower the "small quantity" for hard drugs like that.
