Today I was able to download a movie, so there's some progress. The site is still sluggish and inconsistent though.

I have something called SuperSize with a 10 Mbit connection. But on some websites I can't download at full speed.

Beating a dead horse, going on 1 week no access, server time out error from PAV. No response from customer service in one week due to password inoperative from Club Sandy combo which grants all sites after 13 months of access.

I understand the information age but some posters are obviously biased due to making money off of 21st and give them a free pass. Sure it's just "a porn site" part of the multi billion $$$ industry. I do not give them a free pass.

I also realize that Downward Spiral is not only a name of a most wanted movie release that's older than dirt sitting on a shelve somewhere it's part of the current subscriber rates for all 21st sites which are in a Downward Spiral.

Shame on them.

Wonder why I have no access for two plus weeks and yes
http://proxify.com/ worked for me.

Which makes me wonder why my emails have been ignored my Comcast IP is blocked without notification to me but password and login is valid and bull shit excuses all the while they know we are blocked.

This morning AM Eastern US Time I receive an email from 21st support in response to me being able to shoot the above comment to them via email finally.

"In the past 10 days we have faced mayor Distributed Denial of Service
Attacks against our servers. Probably caused by our competitors. In
order to keep our service online and to fight the attack we had to hire
a DDOS protection company, named Prolexic (prolexic.com). Therefore all
our traffic is routed via them.

If their security service detects and IP address or traffic source as
malicious it blocks it temporarily. We don't knew their algorithm, so we
don't know based on what they filter out certain source of activity.

However during this attack it lets majority of our service to be online.
Unfortunately it can happen that certain customers with legitimate
traffic are being blocked as well."

I have been a member of Assholefever for more than a year now but for 2 days now I can't access their sites. It says invalid login. I emailed them but they don't reply eventhough they claim to answer within 24 hours. It's so frustrating.

I'm getting sick and tired of 21sexturys poor customer service. I have been a loyal member of Assholefever for 1 1/2 year but for the last 4 days i haven't been able to access the site anymore. It just says invalid login. I have tried emaling them but they don't respond. When I try to click on customer support on the website it can't open up the site.

I know there have been some attacks but how can they just ignore their customers?
