I'm pretty sure she's still with her bf. I recently came across his facebook, and his late update was in August, and it had a picture of them together, so I assume they're still a couple.

As for performing with other guys, I'm not sure what their agreement is currently, but they've been together for awhile, and she's been in scenes with other guys after they've gotten together.
