^Another view could be that the higher you are the more people want to copy your business plan because you are at the top so whatever you are doing must be working. I by no mean think that everything that Pierre does is perfect but I can at least say that he has a plan and he doesn't deviate from it for any reason.

Of course that doesn't mean that he shouldn't listen to paying members because those paying members can quickly become ex-paying members but I think that the opinion of non-paying members is not as important because they haven't actually paid for the right to complain. I'm not saying that you are one of these people but just saying this as a general rule.
