Whilst it is any girls right to do what they may with their body, it has to be said that most breast implants rarely, if ever, look good, so one as to ask why? - Especially in the case of pornstars with a big following (in their natural state) who suddenly decide that implants are a good idea???

Some seem to think (or are told) that having fake boobs will improve their careers - but clearly that notion is just horse shit. It's established that most pornstars who DO have silicon implants actually lose a majority of their original following.
