Same problem. Initial charge was blocked by my credit card company. They said the processor has had high volume of fraud so they blocked it. When I allowed it to process, I only get errors. This is too much work for what should be a simple transaction.

Yesterday they did some changes maybe try now should be ok. All transactions ok, there is no high volume of fraud. Infact quite opposite. You should check your computer probably got injected with some virus. Seems very typical way now to hack credit cards and content websites stealing users passwords

No, I do not have a virus. My credit card was not compromised, my credit card company specifically blocked you as a processor. I had to call to get the transaction to go through and they told me it was automatic block they have on a suspected fraudulent activity.

Same here. It's not a virus. The card company blocked the transaction, and I had to specifically call their fraud department to clear the transaction.

As far as my card company's name...you may have heard of them...Bank of America Visa!

Looks like a very difficult task to guard their property while selling it to legal consumers in those e-commerce days!
I really hope Sineplex including Grandis Sineplex dept find a more consumer friendly way and doenst shy off customers like in the past!
At the same time, porn fans, please be patient - because if you were ripped off by all sorts of pirates like these people you would long have quit your biz!

Most unfortunate.....most of the "coming soon" previews/trailers seem to be disappearing from the site

A couple of days ago there were more than 3 full pages of previews (probably close to 80 or 90), and now there is less than 1 page (currently 13 previews).

Quite distressing....because it was great to see lots of the scenes that were coming over the next few weeks/months.....

Couldn't agree more, phunkey. Why in the fuck people would moan about seeing what's coming up, no matter how far out, is beyond me. They've reportedly got up to 1000 never before seen scenes from Gonzo. Thus far we've just been given a taste (like 8 anal scenes from Abby) and I want to see what they've got up their sleeves.

Fuck the whingers, give us the previews. I want to know if they've got any of (e.g.) Dulce, Kelsie, Amelie Pure, Nataly Gold, any more Yanie, Rita Elizabeth, Summer Breeze, Mika, and Abby, of course, etc, etc. in those Gonzo vaults.
