I'm looking for somebody who can enlighten me on this girls name?

I'd be grateful for any other information, which help me find out.

So far, the actor to the left looks similar to Alain Deloin but he isn't.
The girl might look similar to Roxanne Hall but I've checked all her movies and if I'm not mistaken it's not her, unless you know which movie this scene is taken from. Sorry for the long text.
