I thought that a female director might give a different, interesting style to some scenes, not better, just different.
I know that Clara G used to do some directing. She had some good ideas (FistFlush, Give Me Pink), but in my view she was a lousy director: very poor scene preparation; annoying tendency to thrust herself into the scene in a POV style when she wasn't really doing true-POV, since she wasn't involved in any of the sexual action, which just ended up ruining any tension that had developed between the viewer and the performer/performers; and many other reasons.
Would 21Sex consider employing any female directors in the future? If not, why not? Would be interested to hear from you on this.

right now we don't use female directors, sometimes I go and help Frank with the new NFC, but not often. However, we have just received an application from a female director, so this might change soon!
