just checked your settings and private messages are enabled with your account.
What happens when you go to the top left menu
User Control Panel
and then to
Private Messages

yes you need to click on Inbox (on the left menu)

You have 26 private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

you need to delete older messages as the max messages allowed to store is 50.

I increased your max of saved messages to 90. Do you see all messages now??
