I was in the same position as you a few months ago juankerr. 21sextury were unable to help me and just told me i had to deal with the card company. The card company insisted i had to ring their office in the usa to sort it out, but when asked couldnt (or wouldnt) tell me what the per min cost of the call would be, which made me worried. Consequently, after 18 months as a member they have now lost me.
