Ok, I really don't like to post stuff like this on public forums, but this is absolutely necessary. There is one company that bought a LOT of adult affiliate programs, which now calls itself "Media Revenue". What they do is, that they mainly use their own credit card processing on all of their websites, such as

xmovies.com
wildpass.com
allrealitypass.com
teenypass.com
...

So, what happens once you gave them your credit card details when you join one of their sites (of which 99% never update)? At first nothing. But then, sometimes months after cancelling your original recurring membership, mysterious charges start appearing for your website and you get welcome e-mails for sites you never joined, but with the same username/password combination of the website you originally joined. In other words, Media Revenue is banging your cards as they like, and all you can do about it is getting a new credit card in most cases.

Threads on adult webmaster boards with proof of this criminal behaviour often get deleted because Media Revenue is a big buyer of advertisement space on most of these boards. However, as a proof for what I said above, here are screenshots of a topic at popular webmaster board GFY.com which got deleted pretty quick after its start:

It's really sad that these people are trying to ripoff the few honest porn customers left out there, who are still willing to pay for porn and not just get it from illegal tubes and filesharing. This is just a big scam and pure credit card fraud. So, for your own security, use only billing services you know and trust, such as CCBill, Epoch and SegPay. If you see a billing form of a company you don't know, google the company name to find out if it's scam or not. Also, check if it's a Media Revenue site, as the chance is very high that you face unauthorized charges on your credit cards otherwise.

Just to give you an update, the original topic on GFY.com I was referring to has not been deleted, but moved to a private section, as Media Revenue sent them a C&D letter. They now consult their legal team to decide what to do next. Also, they stopped all advertisements from Media Revenue on their forum and won't do business with them again until this matter is fully investigated.

Let's hope these thieves finally won't get away with it this time.
