According to wikipedia he had a heart failure while filming 'Nut, Butts, and Euro Sluts 2' but it don't say how the heart problems developed.

I read on ADT that he died from a heart attack induced by a drug overdose. Sad news.

Very sad news...
Unsurprisingly it has something to do with human fragility which affects very often people working under heavy pressure and really "naked" on stage. People who "drive and live fast"...damn...too fast!
