Porn in Russia/Ukraine

Last year was pretty lame, hardly any 1992 girls making their debut.
Maybe they will be making their entry this year. Not to be negative, but I think we are going to be seeing fewer eastern european girls in porn.
Czech and Hungary are getting richer, and other countries except Russia are not producing girls in big quantities for cultural reasons.
Russian girls have a hard time getting in EU countries and porn producers generally avoid Russia.

Hi Pierre, thanks for explaining! But what about Ukraine?
Both models from Russia and producers from the EU can travel to Kiev without Visa (Visa restrictions in Ukraine for EU citizens were eased few years ago),
so that would make it a lot easier to film there instead of Russia, where you need a Visa. What do you think?
Or is the law "anti-porn" in Ukraine too?

If you look at Russian porn, you never see that they never film locations in the open air.
Secondly, if they film in hotel rooms or appartments, the curtains are always closed, and almost any object is removed from the room except a couch or a bed, so it is very difficult for Russian investigators to determine where the location is based.
So pretty much all you can make in Russia is gonzo stuff, very basic and easy to set up, but with the prettiest girls of the world!

Well as a promotor I kind a get close to the people who deal with that kind of stuff, and I can tell you that more and more girls from Russia are getting to the Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina because they can get a viza much easier and filming in Croatia and Bosnia is not illegal (even I made a couple of visa invitations for some girls from Russia and they worked as strippers for 6 months and came back home) It is soo much easier to obtain Bosnian or Croatian visa than any other visa in the european union, because they have to give you Shengen viza and it is hard to get that. A lot of producers from Germany came this summer on the adriatic coast and filmed movies. Some second-level producers are asking us promoters all the time can we arrange some shootings for them in Croatia and Bosnia , and some do it. They find the girl from Russia and she gets to the Bosnia, he arrives from Germany and they do it.

Well you still have Juliana Grandi she somehow manages to make visas to all of these girls from Russia, so I think that it will not be a problem for girls in the future, Julmodels are always around!

Would be interesting actually to learn more about the real legal situation in Ukraine compared to Russia.
We always hear here it was forbidden in both places, but there are many porn productions actually shot in Russia and some porn agencies work legally there.
I start to think the porn-is-forbidden-in-Russia tag may be an excuse for producers not wanting to venture there or for whatever reason not returnung to shoot in Piter.
