I think that MET-Art doesn't allow Russians to go to their site, because a lot of girls who work for them don't want their friends and family to find out they do erotic modelling. MET-Art works with so many models, so a lot of them must be new girls that like to try it and are not professional yet. They are more willing to shoot for them if they know that Russians will not be able to see the site.
Secondly, people in Russia and Ukraine are more conservative than people from Czech or Hungary. In the Russian society the men are often only head of the family and the society expects from them that they "control" their wives and daughters. Sad but true. So there is a moral pressure for the girls to keep secret that they work in the porn business, and they can not be "stars" like the Czech and Hungarian models.
