As far as I know the going rates stated are quite accurate. You cannot finish a scene in 1 hour anyway. So forget about that.
If you want it for 300$ you have to do it without an agency. You also may cut the fees looking for Russian and Ukrainian girls working in Prague. If they are not top notch they should be a bit cheaper than the local girls.

Maybe the average Russian earns four times less per year than the average Czech, but the average Moscovite/St.Peterburgian is sure way better off. This is one of the reason so many Ukrainian girls work on St. Peterburg porn sets. They are just cheaper than local girls.
