I highly doubt it. If the financial situation has not improved in recent months, it will likely not improve in the future. I am not sure what the incentive is. Shooting cheaper upgrades while praying for members to stay? Then either the difference between a cheaper upgrade and an expensive upgrade is so small that it takes forever to get back to a financially viable position, or they have leaked such massive amounts of money that they are now just breaking even. One thing is for sure: these short scenes will not do any good in the long run. Either they need major updates to get former members to re-subscribe, or they need to hire girls with huge followings who are willing to subscribe for at least a month (Emily Belle and the like). Surely these two options are expensive, so it's a catch-22 situation.

PB's formula is not viable. I am a long time yearly subscriber and I know for sure that I won't re-subscribe if this situation continues. I also won't re-subscribe if they bring the kind of porn stars you quoted.
My guess is that if they want to survive they will have to substantially raise their prices. Since they don't have any competition the die hard fans will stay, if they can afford it, and the opportunists will drop off.

In defense of PB it must be said that the camera work and photography are top notch. Also that the last five girls have been great choices, unfortunately wasted due to the briefness of the scenes and the low number of bukkakeros. In less than a year PB went from releasing scenes with around 50 loads and different girls to scenes with 25 loads and repeating the same gal.

What happened?
Can't they even release a scene with 70+ loads a month? Not even one?
PB is in real need of an executive producer or someone like.

My theory:
Before this season they shot 25-30 load scenes (multiple per day, probably with longer breaks, so the guys could reload somewhat better) and then joined them into one big update with some clever cutting.
Today there are no cuts, they shoot the same small scenes, but release them separately. When a scene has more than 30 loads, the second half is always weak af, consisting of more like droplets, meaning the guys go back immediately for a second round.
Occassionally they shoot with a bigger crew or the stars/planets align better, I don't know, and you get something like Natalie Kitten #2.

Your theory is probably the closest thing to reality as we've heard. They heard us mad about the "sneaky edits", so they stopped doing them sneaky. But they kept doing them as separate scenes instead. How far do we go back to find the last proper 70+ load scene? My estimate is you have to go back to Kate Rich. They had a break during her scene but it wasn't hidden or broken up as a new scene, she just needed a break, like Vicky Love. Anything after that we're smaller scenes stitched together or just smaller scenes.
Obviously Covid was a factor you can't blame them for.
