Can anyone confirm or refute whether or not the Sara Banner was made BEFORE the police raid or AFTER?

I cannot confirm anything but here is a timeline:

Torbe was arrested in late April 2016. He was released from jail in November 2016.
The site launched in it's current format in early January 2017.
Chris posted a picture of the Sara banner on January 20th 2017 here:

At this time there were reports that site was not yet secure and people had managed to "hack/download" scenes that had been uploaded to the site but not yet released.
In theory, it's possible that the whole Sara scene was actually on the website at some point and some hacker has it hidden on their computer somewhere.
