Let's take a look at the girls that have been on the site in the past year.

And let's not forget PB's extortionate membership fees. You sign up for a tiered membership, and downloads are an additional cost, so to get the equivalent membership to any other porn network/site with unlimited downloads to all past and future updates (as long as the membership is active), would probably cost about $20-40 per month on most sites. PB it costs what, over $100 to get the same? I would be very interested to see the membership growth rate of PB, because frankly I'm surprised it's been able to survive as long as it has.

So your point about wasting production money on someone who is asking for no shooting fee because it will generate little-to-no membership growth or retention, in my eyes, is a moot argument, because they are doing exactly that with the paid "professional" actors they have managed to hire recently.
