All of this was criticised, and PB went back to the tried and simple position from the original scenes with the girl on her knees or on a small pillow, and the assistant standing behind.

Why PB now return to the black coach boggles the mind, to say the least.

Now, the original position with the the girl on her knees or on a small pillow doesn't automatically solve everything. It's still neccesary to make sure that the girl is in the right hight for the guys, and make adjustments. But it worked perfectly in the original scenes, no reason why it shouldn't work again...
