Torbe has been speaking to the media a little today, first of all he spoke exclusively to Antena 3's "Espejo Publico" (Public Mirror):

He said he felt really bad about all the things said about him in the media and was helpless in seeing all the lies told about him on tv. Maria Lapiedra received a letter from him where he apparently wrote a couple of screenplays.

Surprisingly despite what Ana Rosa reported about the case, he spoke to them too via telephone:

He describes how he has been judged for alleged atrocities prematurely and whilst the media focus is on him he has to adapt back to life outside of prison again. He will continue his fight to clear his name and will return to porn as he was originally solo. He has also written books as well as the aforementioned screenplays too. Good to see Torbe is now able to fight back after gaining his freedom at last

Separately, "The Spanish" appears to have mounted a scathing attack on Torbe following his twitter post:

Because Torbe's twitter has a screengrab from Ana Rosa's old report where he is quoted from his speech to the judge back in July "If you think about it objectively, the real victim is me.", users have reacted with fury in response (I call it butthurt, the amount of people who believe everything from the "trial by media" on twitter is headshaking). The article then goes onto repeat all the shit they've posted about Torbe from the police including the claims about "pitufina", followed by the sweeping statement that Torbe will "try to play the victim" like he did when he got into trouble with the other underage girl in 2006 (which led to no action taken against him). It also drags up an incident where Torbe defended himself against a Youtube user who accused him of having sex with children back in Feburary 2015 just to try and connect some kind of relevance to the current events and make it look like the guy was right or something.

It stinks of desperation, all these claims come from the original police report in April and unsubstantiated claims by "victims" that present no evidence, it isn't hard for anyone with a decent amount of brain matter to look to other sources of media to see the major problems with this "case" and realise that not everything is as black and white as some people would like to present. This to me confirms everything I've thought of The Spanish since they first started reporting about Torbe, sensationalist gutter trash that cares more about selling any old news rather than any kind of truth.

He'll be back! He can't exactly do much at the moment, the case is still ongoing and he's got no studio to work with. I believe in time this business with the "human trafficking" will be shown to be the rubbish we all know it is and the videos will be released back to Putalocura but we just have to be patient.

Anyway.. next week is going to very interesting, Torbe will be appearing all over the media defending himself against all the accusations being made, finally he gets to tell his side of the story!

He is innocent of all charges and that the statements are lies. There were never any forced orgies (Ukrainians); "They were made to sign a contract, they were put in a hotel and most repeated their videos". He rejects drugging the minor witness; "There was no water, I do not know where she gets that, I invited her for Coca Cola". In response to the accusations of working with a minor; "She sent by mobile a fake ID of another girl who was 18 to my secretary, she had deceived me ." The article says this is the same alibi used to defend himself in 2006. Then his arrest is mentioned and that many more girls have come forward claiming they were forced into prostitution under threat and his bail conditions.

Don't know if there is more to come from this, perhaps there is a longer video released next week...

Holy shit.. I'm never going to complain about the lack of news again, there is a Goldmine of information from Torbe! It looks as if our thoughts were right, everything is just false from day 1! It's going to take me a little while to get through all this, but stay tuned...

I'll start with the most important;

He explains in detail what is involved, it looks like he paid the girls around €6000 for the videos. he recorded two to three per week. The 100 odd participants were all contacted but the judge did not call any of them to court. There was no girl crying at all, sometimes the girls got cum in the eye and it became uncomfortable, if there was ever anything wrong he stopped filming. He doesn't understand how anyone could be forced because there were 100+ people present. The story of forced girls is the result of a phone call where the cameraman said he saw a girl crying, nothing more. All the girls signed a contract and they were sent videos of bukkakes to Ukraine to show exactly what they would do before agreeing. They were paid €3000 for a video lasting roughly 30 minutes, up to €9000 a week for an hour and a half of work. There were many girls who recorded.

FUCKING KNEW IT! All of it total bullshit, what a surprise. So.. does this mean we will see these videos at some point soon? We can only hope...

The girl of 17 years and 10 months presented a fake ID card

I wont go through everything, he was treated well in prison and the staff did not seem to understand what he was doing there, he explains more about his time behind bars. On the case, Torbe feels that injustice has been done to him and that there is no actual evidence of the crimes he is accused of. He never understood why all of the accusations unproven were leaked to the media without being able to defend himself. He comments about the lack of respect for presumption of innocence (which I have been going on about for months) and that being in preventive detention so long was outrageous. On the subject of child pornography, there is just the one case of the girl 17 years and 10 months old with the fake ID, the lawyers presented all the evidence and the girl broke down crying confessing she faked the ID. He has nothing to do with child pornography. The child abuse claims are of course from the same girl, who has made the story up to justify what she did to her parents. He says it is irresponsible of the press to talk of multiple minors when there was only one, he could not believe the news he was seeing. Finally on the subject of crimes against the treasury, he says that everything is in order including income and invoices.

She told the judge that she had filled out the form from the Putalocura site and sent a couple of photos by mail. She is seen posing nude in the photos but her face is cut off. It says that all women sending information to Torbe must confirm they are over 18 by putting their age in the box. She alleges she did not read the page or that she had to put her age and just sent the photos, the defence cross examined her and pointed out that the mail sent stated she was of age but she denies it. After filling out the form, she begins to get calls from Torbe's office and doesn't pick up. The secretary sends her a message saying they would like her to do scenes with them and that she should talk to them. She responds that she is afraid of being recognised. The conversation then turns to speaking with Torbe. In it he offers to pay for her taxi but it will be expensive, she tells him to deduct it from her payment. In her court statement, she tells a completely different story that Torbe wanted to date her and offered her €200 and that she went to meet him in order to remove the photos she sent. He then turned on her and said that he was in charge and she had to do what he said, telling her that they were going to record a video. It's at this point she alleges he raped her. HOWEVER, the messages she sent the following day are conflicting. She tells him she will do another scene and next time she wants to do it with another girl as well as games involving dildos.

Once again, it's all lies.. looks like the version she told about meeting the girl in the bar who fed her shots was bullshit so she had to change her story partly, now it looks like even more of it is total crap as well, caught in yet another lie.. the drugs test results, now the evidence of a consensual willingness to do another video, you don't tell someone you want to record another video after you've been raped, what nonsense!
