I can confirm that it is the Putalocura offices in that video, I am not sure what the story is there but it seems that all this is enough to destroy the business without any conviction... To me it is odd that the building is gone but the site is still up with all the videos...

'The Spanish' is back with a horror story about another "poor girl" who was forced by Torbe to be a prostitute:

The article says that "numerous" girls have come forward to the police with claims of extortion and threats. One of them "AL" declared last July 19th that Torbe had threatened her when she refused to prostitute herself. She alleges that after shooting one day, she was offered the chance to watch a football match and older men would be there and they would pay well for sexual activity. She refused but other girls went and Torbe told her there would be consequences for not attending, then Torbe released videos and photos of her pornographic material which she says she had not authorized on the PL site and social media. Torbe's relationship with footballers is then mentioned and the subsequent claims and counterclaims which led to the prosecution failing to believe TP3's story at the hotel. AL claims everytime she refused to make more videos, appear on webcam or go to meetings where she claims Torbe expected her to be a prostitute, he threatened to release more of her pornographic media.

She started to do webcam for Torbe to get money. In April 2013 she worked with him in porn after signing contracts authorizing the use of images with clauses that police consider "abusive". The article then has an exert from a standard model release:

Al tells how she worked 6 to 7 hours a day on webcams being paid €200 per month, Torbe offered cash prizes for extra hours earning her another €100. She had sex with Torbe for €75-80 assuring her that the videos would be just for him and she recorded other porn videos for €160.

This is exactly what I knew would happen as soon as the police decided to let anyone call in with claims of abuse against Torbe, a whole load of bullshit stories by people with no credibility. Torbe doesn't have anything to do with prostitution, it's been said time and time again and TP3's bullshit about being forced to be a whore has already been dismantled. It's telling that AL was at PL around the same time as TP3 too, she probably fucked the footballers just like she did at those parties and they knew each other. Not only that, but signing a contract with a standard model release and then claiming that the material was released without her permission! HORSESHIT! So the police think that the text is abusive? That's as standard as you can fucking get, every producer in Spain uses that kind of contract but oh no.. Torbe is a monster, send him to prison without any right to bail! The further along this case goes the more I become more convinced that Torbe is being deliberately targeted and that people are behind the scenes pulling strings to see he is sent down...

The latest news, police are continuing to investigate the claims made by TP3 surrounding the alleged hotel incident involving De Gea and Muniain, despite the earlier reports that the prosecution was not seeking to take action against the footballers:

On Monday police took a statement from another girl who was in the hotel room when the incident was claimed to have occurred (possibly this "AL"?). The police also continue to analyze the Hard Disks seized from Torbe's offices and home. The previous claims about TP3's testimony are repeated as included in part of the police report. Ever since the statements were ratified on June 6th, police had attempted to locate the second girl and upon finding her in the Summer she agreed to give a statement, but she vanished until recently and finally made her testimony on Monday. The details of the statement which lasted four hours and whether it matches with TP3's testimony has not been disclosed but will transfer to the courts.

Torbe's defence continue to request his release on the grounds that none of the crimes that he has been accused of has been proven. *** Malynovskyi was bailed in July and ordered to attend court regularly but these measures have since been modified and he has returned to Ukraine. Despite this, various units of the police are still investigating his involvement in a plot involving Ukrainian women travelling to Madrid to record scenes of "extreme sex" under false pretenses according to some.

No gag order is in place but the case is judicially shielded making it difficult for the defence to access any documentation that is part of the summary and are wanted about leaks occurring.

A new article from 'The Spanish', concerns another girl who has made claims she was underage by a few days when she was recorded by Torbe and he asked for a lot of money to remove her videos when she asked them to be taken down several years later:

In recent months 8 people have been interviewed by police alleging criminal activity by Torbe. One of these girls whose stage name was "Pitufina" (Smurfette) went to police in August to tell them her story. She claims she recorded with Torbe back in 2009 and when she wished to "retire" she contacted him in July 2015 to request her videos be removed. She also tells him that she was underage at the time of some of the videos made by just a few days but there is no proof of this and the videos were uploaded to PL when the girl was definitely of age. In a tapped conversation between Torbe and his secretary, Torbe explains how the old actresses sometimes contact him to remove their videos and he started to remove them for nothing but then charged money for it from upwards of €1000 to €3000 per video and beyond. The secretary attempts to convince him to remove Pitufina's videos to avoid any problems but Torbe refuses citing that there is no proof of being underage that she paid him €9000 to remove some videos and that he's making a lot of money from it. All this was done with the assistance of his lawyers to the point where he was amounting some €24,000 for her videos to be removed.

Once again... no producer will remove the videos for nothing, Torbe was doing her a favour by not charging anything to begin with. He owns the videos not her since she signed the model release like every model does.. so in that there is no crime of course and since he did everything at the blessing of the lawyers then they would have advised him about all the legal issues concerning this. The fact that she claims she was underage but there is no proof of it just shows that once again, it is yet another accusation without any real merit. Her video page is still up on PL, she even came back to him as recently as 2013!

What the heck killar, that was such an underwhelming post for such a big piece of news, I just thought it was some more bullshit about the case!
