I also noticed that lately. I expected them to fix the 4K interview together with posting the bts, but no, now 4K video is missing for both the interview and bts...

^ I think they hired a new tech fuck up at PB. I contacted them and they said they will let him know. Note that not only all the vids lack the 4K versions lately but also the files are not named with the random insert to prevent users from guessing the new uploads.

yes, the site is a complete shit show. for close to a week now, you can't stream the videos - it says, "network error" or "file not found" - if they do stream, its about 360 or worse.
