Well, it depends how you look at it. In my opinion, those times were better because they had a great group of bukkeros; guys that carried over from PL. Sure, the Ukrainian women also performed well but many of the Spanish women on PL-bukkake performed just as well. Also, it makes a difference whether the women are amateurs or not. As you can tell, amateurs are most desired here.
