Seriously...the attitude...PB...the worst customer service...paying for...

The things is, people would be willing to pay slightly more for their membership or even donate (remember when they had that donate button!), if they felt they had a positive relationship with the site and trusted what was said. However, the customer service has been so thoroughly lacking or inept that PremiumBukkake has eroded that trust.

If PremiumBukkake said things like :
"We filmed the JojoKiss scene in the USA because....xyz...we're sorry it was not what you expected, we won't try that again"
"We brought in Sonia in Paris because she is a model we thought you'd like but unfortunately she couldn't handle the swallowing"
"3 years ago, in our rush to publish scenes, we never made a profile page for Sonia Anglada, don't worry we'll make one for her by the end of the month"
"Although we don't have a full BTS to show you, we found X number of seconds of extra footage from Alma, we will publish that next week for you to enjoy"
"We have the full copyright of the Sara scene, but for reasons we do not wish to disclose right now, we will not be publishing it in the near future"

...people would stay members longer, and, ultimately Premium Bukkake would make more money!

Krull tries his very best but he is limited in what he can say. An ambassador can only do what his country tells him to do. We are the official moderators of this topic for more than two years and this is not something new. These years have shown that we do not interfere with forum posts in 99% of cases and do not edit them. We have already stated that we have had no cases of non-payment to models. We don't know where you take this info but it surely does not reflect the reality

You are right, this is a large topic created by users and we see no reason to intervene in this ecosystem. But just for the reason that it became so big and the information began to appear here that created problems for the personal lives of models and crossed reasonable boundaries, we already appeared here as moderators because it's becoming a problem.
