I'm pretty certain it was filmed before Torbe was fined. He might have shot a couple of bukkake scenes, waiting to be released, before the police eventually discovered a flyer of a recent bukkake event. It's obvious Torbe can't hold large bukkake gatherings now because of the recent fine so he has to put it on hold for the time being. Assuming Torbe isn't on some kind of probation because of the recent violation/fine in Madrid, I'm hoping he can at least shoot some smaller bukkake events that can be released on PL, that are within legal boundaries. That's the best option we have right now until this shit blows over.
