Frankly, it depends on the girl whether breast implants make sense. In her case complete waste of money, although at least the work is good. Her boyfriend / pimp should not be so selfish and push her to do hardcore - this will help him recuperate the EUR 3-4k for the breast surgery.

On a general note - some of these girls do not have the greatest self-esteem, or rather their whole self-esteem emanates from them having every single male who sees them salivating like a dog expecting food and every female hating them for their looks.
