Hm, I'm sure ATK said Russia before, but it certainly says Czech Republic now.
She is most certainly in Hair Force One #4 as Tangi, as I own a copy. Here is a link:

She is also known as 'Lenka Hefner' at Pier 999, though she isn't listed in their model directory that I could find. Its the old Anal Stretched set, or vice versa.
