she's, actually, Latvian.
And she participated in Miss Latvia contest in early 90-s.
She was even in first 10, as some latvian guy said me.
So there was kinda local scandal at the time, when P.W brought her to the fame, as Miss-contest in newborn state was unable to

I think "Miss Riga" was name of it
It's wierd, but Vulis was amongst ones who organized first Miss Riga and Miss Latvias
so it was concomitant production
