The girl upper row, right, Monica Orsini, first appeared with the first wave of Eastern Eurogirls. AFAIK she did some work for Private too. High chance that she is on the EBI.
Keisha is American. Was quite famous in the late 80´s and early 90´s. You sure can find her at IAFD.
Debbie van Gils is European for sure. On the boxcover of some old VHS she always was announced to be from the Netherlands.
