Id a blondie named as Miss Romania

I had a video kept for years but got lost recently. View a screen shot found online (named Miss Romania From Behind) :shock: . It is a blondie wearing a pair of pink high heels :twisted: . The screen is not the best but for sure it is in my favorite collection. Can anyone help to identify this lady and the name of the video? Seems MI, but who knows? ::: Thanks in advance.
