Not every girl who starts shooting porn is aspiring to become a top international porn star. Some girls are just curious, maybe want to make some quick money, maybe are between relationships and need to let off some steam. Not every girls is looking at porn as a great long-term career opportunity -- which it can potentially be but it's not for everyone.
Exactly my thoughts, and also while i'm not expert on the matter, as far as i understand, girls get paid a fair bit better in the US compared to europe most of the time, making a career out of it more viable.
