Why are people saying she's had surgery? It's very ovious she has not. She's older, so her face is a bit fuller. Her eyebrows are thicker - it's called fashion, sweeties - and she's changed her makeup-style, generally wearing more, and shading the sides of her nose.

Surgery to do what - make it look the same? It's the same length, same width, same uptilt.

Sure, her nose looks different but that's because of the optical illusion created by thicker eyebrows - she used to have pencil-thin eyebrows, which makes a nose look bigger - and in a lot of the recent pics she's shaded the sides with darker foundation.

Ask a makeup artist, they'll tell you the same
