More likely be marks from bra straps.

Even those marks look 100% Natural to me. I have to agree with sodomizeher about bra marks, however, in that location those marks would be left from the bra Cups or if she wears one of those underwire type bras for the extra support, that they provide. Still those marks are from the bra Cups rather than from bra straps.
