The problem arises usually when they turn from teen to woman. mid 20s they still have same body and changes a little to 30s so basically they will want to change/improve to the max to stay "perfect" as possible. So if they have something they want to change or they know will create attention they will chagne it. Their choice for sure. Perfect example when it works good? Sandy, still looks like natural and not extraordinary boobs or lips. I would call it difficult and when they start too young im almost always against it... To mee its still the fact that when i see girls i like change themselves i still like them since i have watched them for so long....but that is not that common.
