I was wondering the same thing. I watched the preview video for her DP Fanatics scene, and it looks real and behaves real when she bounces up and down repeatedly. Also, if you look very closely at her forehead in the double penetration picture I posted earlier, you can see long brown hair growing directly out of her scalp. This indicates to me that her hair is real.
