At the end of the day we can forget about enticing people to pay money who are willing to spend ours of surfing around sharers forums and torrent sites. The added value we can offer is simply more user friendliness. Just like anyone can get a stolen version of Windows or the Adobe tools off the torrents but if I buy them I know they will just work out of the box and I don't end up ours installing little cracks and activators. I exchange valuable time for a little money. 17 year old highschool kids have tons of time on their hands to surf around forums with half-dead links and they have very little money. IMO a waste of time to convince them to pay for porn. Once they work and have their hands full with a 80 hour week some of them might come around

I estimate due to pirated content you lose about 20-30% of clients who normally would pay. Also you don't need to spent much time with searching, kicka** for torrents, girlsscan*** for a favorite girl and that's it. I know many people who could afford to spend 100's of Dollars each month and it wouldn't hurt. But they take for free what they can get for free.

The problem is not that people can not pay, the problem is they don't want to pay. Tubes, sharing and pirated stuff indoctrinates people that porn is something for free. The kids learn this with 17 years, but later when they have a well paid job it is still in their heads and they still know how to get that one scene within 5 minutes via a simple search.

Porn biz' big players missed it to create a head orhganization and do some proper PR within last 30 years. and moreover missed it to smash the tubes in their beginning while they were small...

Hahaha one of the biggest fairy tails, piracy traffic sucks even more than tube traffic and more over brings other bad guys who consider everyone has the right to watch porn for free, even if others had to produce it for hard cash.

She's still doing solo and g/g, and iirc, she's supposed to start doing b/g scenes with her bf again.

If you look at mainstream movie studios, TV stations or record labels they're in the same boat. You make it sound like the porn industry didn't get the message and there's something that could have been done about it. Record industry revenues are down 65% from 2000 -> 2014. They can cry, they can lament, but what can they do? Accept the facts or go into a different industry. IMO you can never stop progress. Tubes and free porn are progress that kill many porn webmasters just like VHS was progress killing porn cinemas. I've heard the same bullshit in 2000 "Free porn is killing the industry" just like I hear today. It never goes away. “You Adapt, Evolve, Compete or Die.” -- one of my favorite business quotes.

There are entire programs and businesses making millions from buying traffic from the tubes, so obviously what you're saying seems to be only one side of the story.

It's about convenience. Why do people pay for HBO? People could download all movies and series off the torrents. But most people have better things to do with the life (family, kids, jobs, hobbies, friends) so they dish out $30 a month for cable TV and can forget spending their time hunting down that last episode of their favorite series. This isn't smart vs. stupid. Convenience matters to (some) customers. I'm just making that point.

if this is a social fact from sociological point of view that lets say 80% of population is stupid and 20% clever then porn producers should not worry because they take their share of money from these 80% and will never cover whole 100% :)

Well it's up for discussion who is smart and who is stupid isn't it ::: ... Is the guy stupid who makes $50 an hour in his day job and who decides he does not want to spend 10 hours a month hunting down popup infested forums and pirate sites for porn scenes and music CDs? Is he stupid because he spends 5 hours extra at his job and 5 hours extra with the family, makes $250 from overtime, and then spends $60 on porn and $30 on his music and netflix subscriptions? That's how I see it anyways, I am not buying into this endless crying of how piracy is destroying 100% of the porn of music industry -- its evidently not, the numbers don't lie. All this whining is not productive and yields absolutely no benefit. I rather see the glass half-full. I know many here won't agree so its just my 2c.

I don't know any tube where you can watch brand new hollywood/mainstream movies legally for free, do you?

So porn tubes are not a progress, they just exist and rule because big players slept and now they get the bill. Of course you can adapt, if 10 years ago conversion rate was 50:1 and now it is 500:1 we just have to get 10 times more page visitors to keep sale stats.

I estimate due to pirated content you lose about 20-30% of clients who normally would pay

As you have almost zero pirated content ,you are experiencing almost zero loss.....
But your site you almost unknown too....

david-perfectgonzo has much more pirated content than you do though i think that its customer base largely
outpace yours(105,475 vs 2,897,310 ranks for you on alexa).
His strategy is much smarter than yours,as most famous companies do,he spend his time shooting content
and do not waste his time crawling the web to find scenes he shot.
If you look at a site like blacked.com which has been cleverly built with marketing strategy while content everywhere,
his traffic has been growing steadily whatever the available content is.

it is a bit more complex than you think, which of my "strategy" do you speak of?

luckily that porn play thing is not my main income, so it is fine as long it covers my costs.

Anyway this is too offtopic, if somebody wants to continue maybe better in a separate thread.

I ask because in movie with 3 guys he said ( BF ) she can do anything she wants in Russian? even Pierre asked him in Russian the same question - that means he allows what come next... or left a decision to her...

I think silence in that subject means something substantial :(

Awesome! You speak Russian? Do you think you could translate that scene for me? I only speak English, and I've always wondered what was being said. It's very short, so if it would be possible for the translate the whole exchange between everyone, I'd really appreciate that.

By the way, yes, Viola and Ray Boss are still together. Viola said that he was just a little uncomfortable in that moment because he had never seen her do something with another guy before but they didn't have any problems afterward. There's a video on YouTube of Viola doing a striptease/lapdance in Rigi from fairly recent, and you can briefly see Ray Boss in the front row at the beginning of the video.
