POV Central is a costume/uniform-themed POV site. I bring several costumes to each shoot so we can try out a few outfits, like a mini-fashion show with each model, before finalizing the clothing. This one fit and looked great with Carla, so we went with it.

Well, we have about 50-60 costumes on hand, in a variety of sizes and shapes. Sometimes the models are excited about trying out different looks, to the point that I have to let them keep the costume after the shoot! Melissa Ria and the British flag minidress (http://povcentral.com/trailers/melissa_ ... tania.html) comes to mind -- she really loved it and said she would wear it on the beach. Usually, I end up keeping the costumes and some of these I offer for sale as souvenirs for fans of a particular model, especially if they have been autographed. Sadly, our fabric pen ran out of ink the morning of Carla's shoot, so no autograph on that one!

I picked out the maid costume for Carla myself and once she put it on, I knew it was the one, especially with the pantyhose/silver heels combination. Carla has a slim, trim classic model figure so she's not hard to fit -- in fact, a X-Small devil outfit we tried out first was too big. So as far as other outfits go, we had many possible choices with Miss Cox. Carla seemed quite comfortable in the maid getup, but I will leave it to her to say if she dug it or not. We did shoot some more footage with a swimsuit Carla brought and we'll put something out with that in the future, as part of a "wet look" POV series. The idea is to give the members options on what they want to see their favorite models wearing. I must add that we very much liked Carla both on and off camera, she's a delight to have around.

One other thing about the costumes I should mention is that the members of the site sometimes request a certain costume, perhaps with a certain model, and I try to make it happen, if possible. We did one poll for Siraell/Amy (viewtopic.php?f=40&t=10839&start=0) and the members voted on putting in her in a pirate outfit (http://blog.povcentral.com/?p=1). One member even bought and sent me an outfit for a model. We will be getting to that one next month, I hope.
